DHFL has collaborated with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra to strengthen the existing Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) services aimed at delivering early childhood care and education (ECCE) to children under six years of age, through Anganwadis (courtyard centres).
We endeavour to level the playing field by providing education, nutrition & health, infrastructure & hygiene interventions to augment a child’s upbringing and holistic growth.
We believe that mitigating vulnerabilities to drought is paramount for improving livelihoods. Through investments in drought preparedness and risk mitigation, we aim to reduce the impact of droughts.
Our efforts are aimed at encouraging efficient and sustainable use of water resources as we believe it is more effective in the long run thereby reducing the need for ongoing interventions.
Our skill development initiatives aim to meet the various objectives outlined by the National Policy on Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2015. The programme has been moulded to address the pressing manpower needs of the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) and construction industries.
Our comprehensive programme is aimed at driving economic empowerment through financial literacy and inclusive growth. The programme is designed to facilitate financial sustainability amongst the economically weaker sections (EWS) and lower income groups (LIG) in tier II & tier III cities.
Our programme builds community capacity whilst facilitating skill development, livelihood and government welfare scheme linkages, transition to formal housing and overall economic empowerment.
